Let's quickly into the recipe
Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cup
Jaggery - 1 cup
Red rice flour - 3/4 cup
Elachi powder - 1 tsp
Ghee/Coconut butter - 4 tbsp
Cashews - 10 Water - 1 cup
Roast cashews in 1 tbsp Ghee/Coconut butter and keep aside.
Mix jaggery powder, red rice flour, water and boil for 5 mins till rice flour cooks.
Then add coconut milk, elachi powder and 2 tbsp Ghee/Coconut butter and cook in the flame for 3 mins.
Mix thoroughly to prevent lumps.
Remove from the flame.
It will be in semi-solid consistency.
In a steel plate add 1 tbsp Ghee/Coconut butter and spread nicely and then add the cooked mixture and spread as a thick layer and allow it to cool for 2 hours.
Spread the roasted cashews on top, slice it and serve.
