Refund, Replacement & Return Policy

Nutreat satisfaction guarantee: We always hope you love all products served by Nutreat but when you be less than happy with your purchase, tell us regarding  unused/not opened  recipes  in its packaging to us within 3 days for a refund/replacement after receiving it.

REFUND (If applicable)-

  • Keep in mind that the recipe that you want to return us you should submit us the pictures of proof for damage/spoilage to info@nutreatglobal.com

  • If an unused product is returned after 10 days no refunds will be initiated.

  • You can receive a gift card worth the same of your purchase which you can use it anytime.

  • Nutreat does not provide pre-paid return labels. When shipping a return, we highly recommend adding tracking information for your personal records.

  • Refunds will be initiated with in 7 days after approval.

 

Replacement (If applicable)-

  •  Items can be replaced if there is only internal damage/loss of the products but not the outer cartons.

  • Please mail us @ info@nutreatglobal.com with in 24 hours after receiving the damaged products.

  • Handcrafting for replacement will be initiated immediately after you provide us the proofs, as soon as possible we will try to get available for you.

      No replacement/refunds on sale or discounted recipes.

Cancellation-

  • Your order can only be cancelled before processing. Update will be sent to your registered mail and you cancel your order before receive this email.

  • Once the processing is initiated only 50% of the amount will be refunded (As ingredient & helper allotment charges).

  • Goods once processed cannot be cancelled at any cost.
